Svitses p\u00e5 en varm pande uden fedtstof og l\u00e6gges til side. Champignonerne giver noget umami til en sig\u00f8jnerpande.<\/li>\n<li>Kyllingebryst fileterne steges m\u00f8re i lidt olie p\u00e5 panden, og krydres med paprika, salt og friskkv\u00e6rnet peber. Det tager cirka fem minutter p\u00e5 hver side. L\u00e6gges til side.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8dl\u00f8g og hvidl\u00f8g hakkes fint og sauteres i lidt olie ved middel varme. Tils\u00e6t derefter peberfrugt i mindre tern. Lad det sautere et par minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Kom s\u00e5 tre teskefulde paprika ved sammen med lidt spidskommen.<\/li>\n<li>Kyllingebryst fileterne deles p\u00e5 langs, og derefter i mundrette stykker p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs, s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r 8-10 stykker k\u00f8d af hvert stykke kyllingebryst. Kom dem p\u00e5 panden sammen med de ristede champignon.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t s\u00e5 hakkede tomater og madlavningsfl\u00f8de og lad det koge op.<\/li>\n<li>Skru ned for varmen, og lad din sig\u00f8jnergryde simre i ca. 10 minutter.
