Du beh\u00f8ver ikke skr\u00e6lle kartoflerne.<\/li>\n<li>Derimod skr\u00e6lles persiller\u00f8dderne og snittes i sm\u00e5 tern.<\/li>\n<li>Kom en god klat sm\u00f8r i en varm gryde og sauter kartofler og persiller\u00f8dder i et par minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t s\u00e5 vand og en bouillonterning og lad nu din kartoffelgryde simre i cirka 15 minutter, indtil det er m\u00f8rt.<\/li>\n<li>Imens sk\u00e6res porrerne i tynde skiver \u2013 og husk at reng\u00f8re porrerne grundigt for jord!<\/li>\n<li>Efter de 15 minuter (og n\u00e5r kartoflerne er m\u00f8re) kommes porreskiverne i sammen med lidt madlavningsfl\u00f8de.
