Giv evt. kartoflerne et hurtigt opkog i en gryde med vand \u2013 ca 2-3 minutter fra vandet koge. Det halverer tilberedningstiden i ovnen. H\u00e6ld vandet fra kartoflerne og fordel dem i et ildfast fad. Giver man ikke kartoflerne et opkog, fordeles de r\u00e5 kartoffelskiver blot i et ildfast fad.<\/li>\n<li>Varm olien op p\u00e5 en pande og sauter l\u00f8get heri uden at det tager farve.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t pikantost, fl\u00f8de og m\u00e6lk og opvarm saucen under omr\u00f8ring til osten smelter og saucen tykner.
