Og s\u00e5 er opskriften faktisk lavet uden k\u00f8d.<\/p>\n<p>I stedet er der masser af fyldige og l\u00e6kre gr\u00f8ntsager i pastaretten, som ogs\u00e5 er nem og hurtig at lave.<\/p>\n<p>Du kan faktisk lave denne pastagryde p\u00e5 cirka 20 minutter, og imens vil duften af det italienske k\u00f8kken brede sig hjemme hos dig.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 d\u00e6k op med de r\u00f8dternede duge og gl\u00e6d dig til en italiensk klassiker med pasta, gr\u00f8ntsager og tomat. Kommes i en stor gryde, hvor der er god plads til hele retten.<\/li>\n<li>Guler\u00f8dder og bladselleri sk\u00e6res i sm\u00e5 tern, s\u00e5 de kan koges m\u00f8re p\u00e5 cirka 15 minutter. Kommes i gryden sammen med squash, der ligeledes er sk\u00e5ret i mindre stykker.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t s\u00e5 cherrytomater p\u00e5 d\u00e5se (eller en d\u00e5se almindelige hakkede tomater), balsamico, tomatpasta, vand og bouillonterninger, som lige smuldres i.<\/li>\n<li>Til sidst stikker du pastaen ned. Her har jeg anvendt en bucatini (makaroni), som jeg holder meget af i denne ret, men en almindelig spaghetti er ogs\u00e5 fin.<\/li>\n<li>Kog op og pres efterh\u00e5nden pastaen ned i gryden.
