Det kommer sig ikke s\u00e5 n\u00f8je. Kogetiden er ti minutter, og derefter steges medisteren et par minutter p\u00e5 hver side p\u00e5 panden i lidt sm\u00f8r. Du m\u00e5 gerne prikke et par huller med en gaffel. Sk\u00e6r derefter medisterp\u00f8lsen ud i mindre stykker p\u00e5 2-3 centimeter, og l\u00e6g dem i et ildfast fad.<\/li>\n<li>Spidsk\u00e5l snittes fint og sauteres let i lidt sm\u00f8r p\u00e5 en varm pande, og kommes ved medisterp\u00f8lsen.<\/li>\n<li>Kartoflerne sk\u00e6res i mindre tern (du beh\u00f8ver ikke skr\u00e6lle kartoflerne), og koges n\u00e6sten m\u00f8re i cirka 10 minutter i letsaltet vand.
