Tils\u00e6t det hakkede oksek\u00f8d, og brun det ved h\u00f8j varme. Skru derefter ned for varmen.<\/li>\n<li>Skr\u00e6l kartoflerne, sk\u00e6r dem i sm\u00e5 tern og kom dem p\u00e5 panden. Sk\u00e6r ligeledes peberfrugt og tomater i tern, og kom dem p\u00e5 panden. Lad det hele stege et par minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Tag panden af varmen og vend halvdelen af osten i blandingen af oksek\u00f8d og gr\u00f8ntsager. Sm\u00f8r et ildfast fad og fordel blandingen deri\u00a0\u00a0(jeg brugte et fad p\u00e5 ca. 30x20 cm, men en anden st\u00f8rrelse kan ogs\u00e5 bruges)<\/li>\n<li>Pisk \u00e6g og m\u00e6lk sammen i en sk\u00e5l. Krydr med salt og peber, og h\u00e6ld \u00e6ggemassen over fyldet i fadet.<\/li>\n<li>Bag i ovnen ved 190 grader i ca. 15-20 minutter, eller til \u00e6ggemassen er stivnet.
