Kom 1 spsk af soya sauce over gr\u00f8ntsagerne og r\u00f8r godt rundt, tilf\u00f8j over veggies and stir until combined. Tilf\u00f8j de kogte \u00e6rter. Smag til med salt og peber\u00a0og steg videre i 2 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Arrengere blomk\u00e5lsblandingen p\u00e5 den ene halvdel af panden, og kom de let sammenpiskede \u00e6g p\u00e5 den anden halvdel af panden hvis de stegs til r\u00f8r\u00e6r.
