D\u00e6k sk\u00e5lem til og lad det tr\u00e6kke natten over.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dag 2<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Opl\u00f8s g\u00e6ren i vandet, tilf\u00f8j derefter de resterende ingredienser (inklusiv rug-blandingen )og blad dem godt sammen. Tip dejen ud p\u00e5 en k\u00f8kkenbordet og \u00e6lt den godt i 10 minutter (kan fint \u00e6ltes i en k\u00f8kkenmaskine).<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e6g den \u00e6ltede dig tilbage i sk\u00e5len, og lad den h\u00e6ve i 2 timer.<\/li>\n<li>Tag dejen op af sk\u00e5len og l\u00e6g den p\u00e5 en melet bordplade, og del dejen i 2 stykker. Kom mel p\u00e5 h\u00e6nderne og tr\u00e6k forsiktigt dejen ud til rektangulere flader p\u00e5 2 cm tykkelse. Fold nu dejen sammen som en konvolut: fold den nederste del 2\/3 op og l\u00e6g den den forsigtigt ned. Str\u00e6k forsigtigt topen ned over den foldede dej og l\u00e6g den forsigtigt ned. Ved hj\u00e6lp af en dejskraper, flyt forsigtigt dejen til et melet viskestykke og l\u00e6g et anden melet viskestykke over. Gentag dette for\u00a0den andet br\u00f8d.<\/li>\n<li>Lad br\u00f8dene h\u00e6ve igen i 1 time.<\/li>\n<li>Opvarm ovnen til 230 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Flyt forsigtigt br\u00f8dene over p\u00e5 en bageplade belagt med bagepapir. Kom br\u00f8dene i ovnen, hvor varmen \u00f8jeblikkeligt reduseres til 180 grader og bages i 40 minutter.
