Tag dem fra vandet med en huldske og lad dem k\u00f8le af en smule.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r fersknerne er k\u00f8lige nok til at holde p\u00e5, fjernes\u00a0skralden forsigtigt, evt med en kniv.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e6g forsigtigt\u00a0fersknerne i henkogningsglasset.<\/li>\n<li>Fjern stenene fra de sidste 6 ferskner og l\u00e6g stenene i glasset sammen med vaniljestangen (som evt fl\u00e6kkes p\u00e5 langs).<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld nu hvidvinen ved og s\u00e6t glassene til side i 6 dage.<\/li>\n<li>Sigt nu fersknerne og vaniljen fra og kom vinen i en 1,5L flaske - fyld op med Vodka s\u00e5 flasken er fyldt. Luk flasken, og lad den st\u00e5 og tr\u00e6kke i 3 uger f\u00f8r den drikkes.
