L\u00e6g frugterne p\u00e5 en bageplade i drys med sukker, og vende dem s\u00e5 hele b\u00e6ret er d\u00e6kket af sukker. Lad dem st\u00e5 tild\u00e6kket i 1 time.<\/li>\n<li>Sterilis\u00e9r et 2,5 L henkogningsglas.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e6g frugterne i henkogningsglasset og held rum ved s\u00e5 det d\u00e6kker b\u00e6rene. L\u00e6g en flydel\u00e5g i glasset for at sikre b\u00e6rnene er d\u00e6kket af rummen. D\u00e6k glasset med plastikfolie, og luk derefter glasset med et t\u00e6tsluttende l\u00e5g.<\/li>\n<li>Opbevar rumtopf'en i et k\u00f8ligt sted indtil du er klar til at tilf\u00f8je yderligere b\u00e6r, under sommeren og efter\u00e5ret.
