Skr\u00e6l pastinakken, og sk\u00e6r den i sm\u00e5 tern, og pil og snit l\u00f8get i sm\u00e5 tern.<\/li>\n<li>Brun m\u00f8rbradb\u00f8fferne p\u00e5 en pande med lidt olivenolie i 1-2 min. p\u00e5 hver side, og krydr med salt og peber.<\/li>\n<li>Kom olivenolie i en gryde, og steg l\u00f8g og bacon i 3-4 min. ved j\u00e6vn varme. Tils\u00e6t pastinak og champignoner, og rist fortsat i 2-3 min. Tils\u00e6t tomatpur\u00e9, paprika, timian, bouillon og piskefl\u00f8de \u2013 l\u00e6g l\u00e5g p\u00e5 gryden, og lad saucen simre i ca. 20 min.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t m\u00f8rbradb\u00f8fferne, og lad dem simre sammen med saucen i 5-8 min., til de er f\u00e6rdigtilberedte. Vend b\u00f8fferne rundt i gryden undervejs, og krydr til sidst med salt, peber og evt. ekstra paprika.
