Tilf\u00f8j l\u00f8g, seleri, guller\u00f8dder og peberfrugt og lav den stege til de er bl\u00f8de (ca 5 minutter). H\u00e6ld gr\u00f8nsagerne i en sk\u00e5l og s\u00e6t til side.<\/li>\n<li>Maser salt og peber ind i kyllingestykkerne.<\/li>\n<li>Kom olie i gryden og lad den varme godt op, steg derefter kyllingestykkerne til de er brunene p\u00e5 alle sider. Kom gr\u00f8nsagerne tilbage i gryden, samt stout, majs, \u00e6rter og kyllingebouillion. Lad det koge i ca 10 minutter, r\u00f8r af og til. Str\u00e5 melet over og r\u00f8r den forsigtigt i sovsen til den tykner.<\/li>\n<li>Reduser varmen og\u00a0r\u00f8r osten i. Kom kun 1\/4 i af gangen og kom f\u00f8rst mere i n\u00e5r osten og indkorporeret i sovsen.
