Tilf\u00f8j vand s\u00e5 det d\u00e6kker gr\u00f8nsagerne, ca 4 L og bring det i kog.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e5 snart det koger, reduseres varmen og skal derefter simre i 15 min.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r rundt i stock'en og skim fra urenheder. Kog videre ved lav simren i 1 time, skim urenheder fra l\u00f8bende.<\/li>\n<li>Fjern gryden fra varmen og sigt stock'en ned i en stor sk\u00e5l gennem en si d\u00e6kket med et musselin kl\u00e6de. Kasser indholder i sien.
