frisk revet <\/li>\r\n                    \n                    \n                <\/ul>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <h4>Instructions<\/h4>\r\n            <div class=\"instructions\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\r\n                <ol>\n<li>Kog spaghetti og lad den k\u00f8le helt af (kan istedet benytte kold rest af spaghetti fra dagen f\u00f8r)<\/li>\n<li>Varm 1 spsk olie i en lille gryde, og tilf\u00f8j l\u00f8g og saut\u00e9 i ca 5 min indtil l\u00f8gnene er bl\u00f8de. Tilf\u00f8j hvidl\u00f8g, tomater og chilli og kog videre i 3-4 min. Fjern fra varmen, tilf\u00f8j spaghettien og bland godt.<\/li>\n<li>Pisk let \u00e6g i en stor sk\u00e5l. Tilf\u00f8j spaghetti blandingen, og bland godt sammen.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 grill program<\/li>\n<li>Varm 2 spsk olie i en stegepande (ca 24-cm diamater), tilf\u00f8j spaghetti and \u00e6g blandingen, og steg ved lav varme i ca 10-12 min, indtil gylden brun p\u00e5 undersiden, men knapt st\u00f8rknet for oven.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f8 osten p\u00e5 frittata'en, og s\u00e6t den ind under grillen i 30-60 sekunder, til osten er smeltet og frittata'en f\u00e6rdigbagt p\u00e5 toppen.<\/li>\n<li>Lad den k\u00f8le af i ca 5 min.
