Sk\u00e6r bacon i fine strimler. Hak l\u00f8g og hvidl\u00f8g og sk\u00e6r de rensede r\u00f8de pebre i helt tynde strimler.<\/li>\n<li>I en sauterpande brunes baconet i svinefedtet til det er gyldent, men ikke helt spr\u00f8dt. Fisk det op og s\u00e6t det til side. Vend svinek\u00f8det i melet tilsat 1 spsk paprika samt salt og peber.<\/li>\n<li>Brun det i fedtet i sauterpanden og s\u00e6t det derefter til side. Kom evt. lidt mere fedt i panden og tils\u00e6t derefter l\u00f8g, hvidl\u00f8g og r\u00f8d peber. Sauter til gr\u00f8ntsagerne begynder at falde sammen. Drys resten af delikatessepaprikaen samt den r\u00f8gede paprika over og lad det stege med i et par minutter under omr\u00f8ring. (Pas p\u00e5 det - paprika br\u00e6nder let p\u00e5).<\/li>\n<li>Kom bacon og k\u00f8d tilbage i panden og h\u00e6ld fond p\u00e5 til det n\u00e6sten d\u00e6kker.
