Tip dejen ud p\u00e5 en k\u00f8kkenbordet og \u00e6lt den godt i 10 minutter. Dejen vil v\u00e6re meget fugtig og klistret med tilf\u00f8j ikke yderligere mel (kan fint \u00e6ltes i en k\u00f8kkenmaskine).<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e6g den \u00e6ltede dig tilbage i sk\u00e5len, og lad den h\u00e6ve i 2 timer.<\/li>\n<li>Drys bordpladen, dine h\u00e6nder og en dejskraber med lidt mel, og skrap dejen ud p\u00e5 bordet. Form dejen til l\u00f8s til et lille rundt br\u00f8d, og flyt dejen til en sk\u00e5l eller tallerken dryssset med klid, og drys ligeledes dejen med klid n\u00e5r den ligger i sk\u00e5len.<\/li>\n<li>Lad br\u00f8det h\u00e6ve i 1-2 timer, til det har fordoblet st\u00f8rrelsen.<\/li>\n<li>Forvarm ovnen til 230 grader<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e6t br\u00f8det i ovnen, og reduser med det samme varmen til 200 grader. Bag br\u00f8det i 35 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Tjek om br\u00f8det er bagt ved at banke den lidt i bunden, n\u00e5r det lyder huld er br\u00f8det bagt.
