1\/4 tsk - plus ektra, frisk kv\u00e6rnet <\/li>\r\n                    \n                    \n                <\/ul>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <h4>Instructions<\/h4>\r\n            <div class=\"instructions\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\r\n                <p>S\u00e6t en rist midt i ovnen og forvarm til 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Fyld:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>I en mellemstor gryde, bringes kylling bouillon og spidskommen i kog over medium-h\u00f8j varme. Tag gryden fra varmen og r\u00f8r i couscous. D\u00e6k gryden med l\u00e5g \u00a0indtil couscous'en har absorberet al v\u00e6sken, ca 5 til 6 minutter. H\u00e6ld couscous i en stor sk\u00e5l og tils\u00e6t kik\u00e6rter, korender, spinat, feta og 1\/4 kop olivenolie. Krydr med salt og peber. R\u00f8r ingredienser sammen, og smag eventuelt til yderligere salt og peber.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r toppen of peberfrugterne og fjern alle indmaden. Hvis det er n\u00f8dvendigt, sk\u00e6res en meget tynd skive fra bunden for at hj\u00e6lpe peberfrugten st\u00e5 op.<\/li>\n<li>Fyld peberfrugter med fyldet og drys en smule olivenolie p\u00e5 toppen. S\u00e6t peberfrugterne i et 20cm firkantet ovnfast fad. Fyld fadet med ca 2 cm varmt vand og bag retten i ovnen, indtil fyldet er gylden og peberfrugter kogt igennem, ca 55-60 minutter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Note: Hvis fyldet begynder at brune for hurtigt, d\u00e6kke fadet med folie.<\/p>\n<p>Sauce:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>I en blender, tils\u00e6t basilikum, creme fraiche, olivenolie, vand, hvidl\u00f8g, citronsaft, sukker, salt og peber. Blend indtil saucen er klat.
