Reducer varmen til lav, l\u00e6g l\u00e5g p\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>Simre indtil vandet er absorberet, ca 10 minutter. Tilf\u00f8j m\u00e6lk, fl\u00f8de og sukker. Skrab i fr\u00f8erne fra vanillestang, og tils\u00e6t b\u00e5de fr\u00f8 og vanillestangen.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d8g varmen til medium, kok afd\u00e6kket indtil risene er m\u00f8re og blandingen tykner til en bl\u00f8d og cremet konsistens, under j\u00e6vnlig omr\u00f8ring, ca 35 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Fjern buddingen fra varmen og kassere vanillestang.<\/li>\n<li>Fordel budding ligeligt mellem sm\u00e5 sk\u00e5le.
