Tilf\u00f8j sm\u00f8r og olie, og pulse ca 20 gange, indtil blandingen ligner perlegrus. Tilf\u00f8j vand og pulse indtil blanding ligner en l\u00f8s dej.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld dejen i 23 cm t\u00e6rteform (med l\u00f8s bund), og pres dejen i bunden af formen og ca 1 cm op ad kanten.<\/li>\n<li>Pres aluminums folie ned over dejen i formen ud fyld med ukogte ris eller \"pie weights\".<\/li>\n<li>Placer t\u00e6rte formen p\u00e5 en bageplade og bag i 10 min. Tag t\u00e6rten ud af ovnen og fjern ris og folie.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e6t atter t\u00e6rten i ovnen og bag den videre i 5 min, eller indtil den ikke l\u00e6ngere er skindende og v\u00e5d. Tag ud of ovnen er lad den k\u00f8le af.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Fyld:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 15.989583969116211px;\">\u00d8g ovntemporaturen til 205 grader.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Varm 1 spsk af olien i en non-stick pande over mellem varme. Saute skalottel\u00f8g indtil de er bl\u00f8de, ca 5-6 min.<\/li>\n<li>Spray 2 bageblader med cooking spray.\u00a0Arranger Aubergine, zucchini og tomat skiverne p\u00e5 bageplanerne i et enkelt lag,\u00a0og drys med den resterende olivenolie. Krydr med salt og peber, og bag s\u00e5 gr\u00f8ntsagerne i ovnen indtil de er bl\u00f8de, men ikke brune, omkring 15 minutter. Tag gr\u00f8ntsagerne ud af ovnen og lad dem afk\u00f8le.<\/li>\n<li>Reduser ovnvarmen til 175 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Plac\u00e9r aubergine skiverne i 2 lag i bunden af \u200b\u200bt\u00e6rte, og d\u00e6k med 1\/3 af mozzarella osten og 1\/3 af basilikum bladene. L\u00e6g nu et lag med Aubergine, s\u00e5 skalottel\u00f8g, og 1\/3 af mozzarella og samt basilikum. L\u00e6g et lag med tomaterne, og slut med resten af \u200b\u200bmozzarella osten og parmesanost.<\/li>\n<li>Bages i 25-30 minutter, eller indtil osten er smeltet. Fjern fra ovnen, lad t\u00e6rten afk\u00f8le i 5 minutter, udsk\u00e6res i 8 skiver.
