Koges indtil risene lige akurat er kogte, ca 10 min. H\u00e6ld risene i en sig og skyld over med koldt vand, s\u00e6t til side og lad vandet dryppe fra.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Forvarm ovnen til 175 grader<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r 1 cm af toppen af hver tomat, og l\u00e6g toppen til side.<\/li>\n<li>Med en ske fjernes indmaden fra tomaterne, hold 0,6 dl af saft og frugtk\u00f8d tilbage, renten kan smides ud.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00f8r et indfast fad (21x21cm) med 2 spsk oliven olie, og placer de udhulede tomater i fadet.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r de afk\u00f8lede ris med den reserverede tomat juice. R\u00f8r i hvidl\u00f8g, basilikum, persille, parmesan, de resterende 2 spsk oliven olie og smag til med salt og peber.<\/li>\n<li>Fyld tomaterne med risblandingen, s\u00e5 fyldet giver tomaten en lille top. Den resterende risblanding, der ikke kan v\u00e6re i tomaterne ligges i bundet af fadet omkring tomaterne.
