Tils\u00e6t resten af vandet, olie og yoghurt. Lad afk\u00f8le til h\u00e5ndvarmt, 37\u02da.<\/li>\n<li>Smuldr g\u00e6ren ud i et dej fad. H\u00e6ld blandingen over g\u00e6ren, og r\u00f8r, til den opl\u00f8ser sig. Tils\u00e6t guler\u00f8dder, solsikkekerner, salt og ahornsirup. Tils\u00e6t speltmel og hvedemel, gem lidt til senere, og \u00e6lt det til en smidig dej, gerne i r\u00f8remaskine 6-8 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Lad dejen h\u00e6ve tild\u00e6kket ca. 40 min.<\/li>\n<li>Del dejen i 2 dele, som hver i s\u00e6r deles til 16 stykker. Rul stykkerne til boller med let melede h\u00e6nder. L\u00e6g bollerne p\u00e5 plader med bagepapir. Lad dem h\u00e6ve tild\u00e6kket ca. 40 minutter. S\u00e6t ovnen p\u00e5 225\u02da. Bag bollerne midt i ovnen ca. 12 minutter.
