Hak l\u00f8gene groft. Skyl quinoaen grundigt.<\/li>\n<li>Kog kartofler, guler\u00f8dder, l\u00f8g og quinoa sammen med alle de andre ingredienser undtagen broccoli og peberfrugt.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r broccolien i mindre buketter og peberfrugten i strimler.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t broccoli og peberfrugt til suppen, n\u00e5r den har kogt 15 minutter. Lad suppen koge videre 5-10 minutter med broccoli og peberfrugt.<\/li>\n<li>Smag suppen til med salt og peber.
